Physiotherapy (or Physical Therapy) is one of the fastest-growing allied areas of medicine practiced in India. The state like Tamil Nadu has its own importance in this field whenever training and academic programs are concerned.

Tamil Nadu is among the few Indian states where there are quite good numbers of Physiotherapy colleges are found.
